In a bowl of warm water, place the sheet of rice paper in the water to soften. Carrefully remove it , drain the water and place a towel.
In a horitzontal row, line up each of the following ingredients on the rice paper sheet, start with the lettuce leaf followed by mango, avocado, crab and finally some cilantro leaves.
Start by tightly rolling the rice paper and with the side flaps folded inside towards the center, finish to rolling it. Lightly oil the wrap to avoid it from sticking to the other rolls, keep refrigerated.
