Healthy spelt salad with goat cheese
 
Place the cooked grains in a bowl. Then cut the pepper, onion, tomatoes and cheese into cubes. Add them to the grains and use spices mentioned above to strengthen the salad’s flavor. Now mix the salad gently. At the end add some lamb’s lettuce and mix it all together once again. It’s ready!
