Millet granola with cranberries
Few days ago, I bought a big bag of crunchy millet puffs. Since I make a breakfast granola almost every week, I decided to use them for a new gluten-free granola recipe. Try it out!

INGREDIENTS
2 ripe bananas
1 tbsp ghee
1 cup millet instant flakes
2 cups millet puffs
100g sliced almonds
1/3 cup shredded coconut
+ 2/3 cup dried cranberries

Set the bananas and ghee in a big bowl, blend them until completely smooth.

Add the millet flakes, millet puffs, almonds and shredded coconut. Mix gently. After a moment smaller and bigger granola pieces should appear here and there.

Place the granola on a flat baking tray lined with a piece of baking paper and roast in the oven preheated to 200°C until golden brown. It should take no longer than 20 minutes.

Cool the granola down, add cranberries and store in a glass dish or a jar.
