Prepare a stock form fresh vegetables as if you were making a broth (don’t put any meat inside!), add same chilli flakes, black pepper and salt (as much as you like). When vegetables become supple pull them out of the stock.
Add two packs of peas to the pot and boil it for 10-15 minutes.
Now you have to let the soup become cool. When it’s only slightly warm blend it precisely.
Next you have to pour the soup through the strainer – it takes a while but is totally worth your effort – the soup will be nicely smooth. Do you see this amazing color? Now you are really close to trying it!
Heat up the soup once again and pour it into a bowl. You can put a spoon of sour cream and a few drops of olive oil on the top of it. Mmmmmm…
