Sweet & salty biscuits
I love to mix diverse flavours, especially sweet and salty. These delicious cookies are a great example of such combination. Be careful, because if you make them once, you will surely get addicted!

INGREDIENTS
100 g butter
75 peanut butter
2 free-range eggs
2-2,5 cups flour
1 Cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla salt (you can purchase it or make it yourself)

DIRECTIONS

Mix all ingredients and kneed the dough until it becomes even and elastic.

Put the dough in a plastic bag and place in a fridge for about 30 minutes. In the meantime preheat the oven to 180ºC.

Roll out the dough (it should be 3-5 mm thick) and cut into shapes with any cookie cutter.

Bake the cookies for about 12-15 minutes or until golden-brown.
