Easy grilled pepper salad
Simple, easy to make, energetic and delicious! This beautiful red pepper salad will make the gray winter days much brighter and full of colors. Eat it together with spelt pasta, fresh bread or fish. I just love it!

INGREDIENTS
6 big Spanish red peppers (long and sweet type)
1 clove garlic
3 tbsp olive oil
black pepper
thick salt

Wash the peppers well and pack them in a big piece of aluminum foil. Make sure that the vegetables are cover completely. Then place them in the oven and bake for 60 minutes in 180°C. When ready, leave the peppers to cool down a bit and peel them. It will be very easy. Place the peppers in a ceramic bowl and sprinkle them with olive oil, crushed garlic, salt and pepper. Serve the salad cold, especially for dinner.
