Polish breakfast : cottage cheese with herbs
As a child I used to eat tones of my favorite cottage cheese with yogurt, herbs, radish or tomatoes. If you plan a slow breakfast or brunch this is a must! It tastes the best with a slice of fresh rye bread and cherry tomatoes. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS
250 g Polish style cottage cheese
5 tbsp freshly chopped herbs mix: mint, dill, basil, parsley and chive
2 tbsp olive oil
150 g tbsp jogurt
1 tsp black pepper
Salt

Place the cottage cheese in a bowl and mash it with a fork. Add all the other ingredients and mix everything well. It is ready !
