Cut the peeled avocados and eggs into cubes. Place them in a bowl and sprinkle with juice squeezed out of 1/2 lime.
Add the chopped spring onions, sesame seeds, soy sauce, sesame oil and a pinch of lemon pepper. Mix the salad gently.
Then place the salad in fine cleaned, empty halves of avocados and sprinkle with the dried onion.
