My favorite weekend breakfast
Yes, this dish is quite fetty, but I still love it ! Do you have a croissant or two left from yesterday? Prepare a delicious breakfast out of it. I’m pretty sure that you won’t forget this flavor.

INGREDIENTS
2 croissants
1 egg
1 orange
1 tbsp honey
a pinch of cinnamon
1 tsp fresh butter

Heat the butter on a big frying pen until completely melted.

In the meantime mix the egg white with the egg yolk. Cut the croissant halves into two and soak them in the egg. Place them on a pen and fry them on both sides not longer than 2-3 minutes.

Squeeze the orange juice and mix it with honey. Pour the mixture on the croissants. Let the liquid evaporate.

Sprinkle the croissants with a pinch of cinnamon and serve them immediately.
