Cauliflower-broccoli salad
Each day I try to prepare something healthy for my lunch at work. Few days ago I felt like eating cauliflower so I decided to combine it with few other indredients that made a perfect match with it. Check the results please!

INGREDIENTS
1 cauliflower
1 broccoli
1 big carrot
5 tbsp canned corn
a bunch of sunflower seeds
a bunch of raisins
2 tbsp olive oil
 
sauce
100 g natural yoghurt
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 clove garlic
salt, lemon pepper

DIRECTIONS

Bring 1 liter of slightly salted water to boil and cook the cauliflower and broccoli for about 10 minutes. They should remain rather firm.

Cool them down under cold water and tear into small parts. Place them in a bowl.

Cut the carrot into bars and add them to the bowl together with corn.

Put the raisins in a small cup filled with hot water and leave like that for a minute.

Drain the raisins through a sieve. Then mix them with olive oil and lemon pepper.

Add the raisins to the salad and mix it all quickly.

Chop the garlic and mix all the sauce ingredients well. Add the sauce to the salad, mix it gently and sprinkle with sunflower seeds.
