Autumn drink with lemons and ginger
Did you get a cold? Make this autumn drink full of vitamin C and warming spices. Drink it in the evening before going to bed and sleep well before the next busy day!

INGREDIENTS
5 lemons
fresh ginger root (10cm)
1 tsp powdered ginger
5 tbsp liquid honey
5 cloves
2 cups warm water
a pinch of cinnamon
+ one clove garlic (hardcore version)

DIRECTIONS

Wash the lemons very well in hot water and cut them into quarters. Then cut the ginger root into pieces. Place them in a big jar. Add the spices, honey and water. Optionally you may also add one chopped clove garlic. Just remember that it will give the mixture a very special taste. Mix all the ingredients and leave the drink aside for a couple of hours.

Store in in the fridge and drink a small cup every day.
