Straight from Italy I am sending you a brand-new recipe for a Vegan Raspberry smoothie. Drink it in the morning and stay positive the whole day!

INGREDIENTS
150-200g fresh or frozen raspberries (I use frozen ones, because I like when it is cold and refreshing)
8 tablespoons oatmeal
3 tablespoons honey
1,5 glass coconut milk (I use AROY-D coconut milk)
2 glasses soy milk

It’s so easy! Just blend all the ingredients together.

Serve it in a high cup with a croissant and a cup of aromatic espresso.
