Boil the noodles as it is written on the pack. Remember about adding some olive oil and salt to water. Try to make them “al dente” – they will taste much better. Now strain the noodles and place them in a big pot. Add some olive oil, lemon pepper and a bit of salt. Mix it all together well.
Cut the tomatoes in halves and add them to the dish together with grated parmesan (use as much cheese as you like).
Now tear some basil leafs and sprinkle the dish with them. In the meantime roast the pine nuts and place them on the top of your noodles. It’s ready – a simple and delicious dish made in 15 minutes.
