Aga’s Guacamole
Avocado is one of my favorite fruits. Maybe it doesn’t taste like a typical fruit but please don’t tell me that it’s not tasty. Moreover, it’s very healthy! I remember when our Mum bought an avocado for the first time… It happened when I was nine. We found it really disgusting and threw it away immediately. Our Mum bought this avocado in Germany as an “exotic fruit” and we tried to eat it in a fruit salad.

Now I’m crazy about homemade avocado guacamole. It’s easy to make and you may eat it almost with everything: roasted potatoes, meat, fresh vegetables, empanadas etc. This my own simple recipe. I hope you’ll like it.

1 big ripe avocado
1 raspberry tomato
1 clove garlic (a big one)
olive oil
fresh chili pepper or chilli flakes
a pinch of black and pink pepper
lime juice

Peel off the avocado and mash it with a fork. Add few spoons of good quality olive oil and some lime juice. Mix it well. Then peel off the tomato and cut it into small cubes. Do the same with garlic. Add both ingredients to the avocado mixture together with chili flakes, pepper and salt. Does it taste well? Add some more olive and spices if necessary. Bon appetite!
