Celery salad with roasted almond flakes
This salad is a light one! I would especially recommend it to people who like sweets, but do not want to eat unhealthy snacks like cookies or chocolate bars. Eating it for lunch now, in the winter reminds me wonderful, sunny days if of the past summer and make me think about the upcoming spring.

INGREDIENTS
6 fresh green celery sticks
1 green apple (e.g. Golden Delicious
3 tbsp almond flakes
2 tbsp raisins
2 tbsp hemp hearts
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp liquid honey
1/2 tbsp lime juice
himalaya salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Cut the green celery into thin slices and the apple into small cubes. Set them in a bowl.

Roast the almond flakes on a preheated frying pen.

Add all the remaining ingredients to the cut greens and mix the salad gently. Then place it is the fridge and take out 15 minutes before serving.
