Warm rice soup with fruit syrup
What does your stomach like to eat for breakfast? For sure it isn’t a cigarette followed by a cup of coffee! It should be definitely something warm, light and healthy… wait a minute… and what about a warm soup with rice?

INGREDIENTS
1,5 cups cooked white basmati rice
3 cups almond milk
1 tsp honey (or 1,5g stevia)
a pinch of cardamom
a pinch of cinnamon
+ fruit syrup (I use a bit of Polish blueberry syrup)

DIRECTIONS

Place the rice, milk, honey and spices in a pot. Warm the mixture slowly till it’s hot enough, but don’t bring it to boil. Then blend the soup quickly. Done!

Serve it warm with fruit syrup. It’s really yummy:)
