Papaya and banana mousse with homemade granola
Don’t go for a diet, just change your eating habits! Do you feel like having something light for breakfast? Try a delicious fruit mousse combined with a spoon of homemade granola.

INGREDIENTS
150 g papaya
1 banana
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp lime juice
1 cm fresh ginger root
+ homemade granola (here: Gluten-free Granola with Dried Fruit and Dark Chocolate)

DIRECTIONS

Wash the papaya and cut it into pieces. Do the same with the banana.

Blend the mentioned amount of papaya with a spoon of chia seeds. Place the mixtures in a glass.

Blend the banana with a peeled piece of ginger and lemon juice, pour the mixture on top of papaya pulp.

Decorate the fruit mousse with a bit of granola and serve at once.
