Put the millet flakes, coconut milk, water and sugar in a small pot and bring the mixture to boil. Add few drops of lemon juice and cook for 3-4 minutes stirring from time to time.
In the meantime mash the banana and grate the apple on a middle-sized grater.
Add fruit to the millet mixture, stir it gently and sprinkle with a pinch o cinnamon. It’s ready!
