Place oatmeal in a bowl and pour it over with still water. Mix it ones or twice and leave in the fridge overnight. In the morning crush the nuts.
Then wipe the apple and sprinkle it with few drops of lemon juice.
Place nuts and wiped apple on the oatmeal mixture. Add a bit of almond milk and honey.
Place strawberries pieces on top. At the end use a pinch of cinnamon to decorate the salad. Ready!
