Sweet banana breakfast
Sometimes I feel like eating something sweet and warm for breakfast. Few days ago I came up with a simple and easy to make recipe which is not only healthy but also gives you a lot of energy for a busy day at work.

INGREDIENTS
2 bananas
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp maple syrup
1-2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp quinoa puffs
a bunch of raisins
a bunch of almond flakes
1 tsp salty caramel (optionally)

Melt the butter in a small pot, cut the bananas into slices and fry them for a few minutes on a medium heat.

Add the maple syrup, lime juice and raisins. Turn the heat off when soft. Add the almond flakes and quinoa puffs, mix gently.

You can also decorate the dish with a spoon of salty caramel. It will melt and improve the flavor.
