Chocolate mousse with avocado and goji
I felt in love with this vegan dessert! It is maybe hard to believe that avocado works so well will chocolate, but apparently it is a wonderful combination of two basic ingredients. I strongly recommend not to replace the coconut cream with a different vegan product, since it creates a perfect light mousse consistency.

INGREDIENTS
2 ripe avocados
1/4 cup raw cocoa
5 tbsp coconut cream
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp chia seed
1 tsp Goji berries (for decoration)

Set all the ingredients ingredients in a bowl and mix until foamy and smooth. Then place the mousse in small decorative bowl and place in the freezer for 30 minutes. decorate it with Goji berries and serve at once.
