Simple wok dish with beef
Some time ago we bought a steel wok and we got really crazy about it. This amazing thing allows us to prepare delicious and quick meals. We try out many different wok dishes and will share with you some of them in the nearest future!

INGREDIENTS
300 g fresh beef
100 g dark soba noodles
2 big carrots
3 bok choy cabbages
200 g fresh sprouts
ketchup manis (sweet, sticky sauce)
light soy sauce
fresh black pepper
chili flakes
oil (for frying)

Cut the meet into strips, put in the bowl and add a bit of ketchup manis, light soy sauce and black pepper.

In the meantime bring water to boil and and cook the soba noodles.

Peel the carrots and cut them into bars; cut bok choy into slices. Wash the sprouts and drain them off.

Heat some oil on the wok and fry the meat, don’t burn it. When soft enough, put aside. Now fry the carrots; add a spoon of ketchup manis and chili flakes while frying, place aside again.

Fry the bok choy with a spoon of soy sauce and a pinch of pepper, add the sprouts and mix.

Now place all the ingredients back in wok, mix them well and season if needed.
