Easter horseradish sauce
The traditional horseradish sauce is one of my favorite Easter side dishes. This year I made it as well and brought it for a Canadian Easter dinner. Guess what… it tasted very well with roasted turkey!!! Everybody liked it, so today I am proud to share with you my secret home recipe.

INGREDIENTS
2 horseradish roots
4-5 hard-boiled eggs
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp lemon pepper
1-2 tbsp mayonnaise
3 tbsp greek yogurt
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil

DIRECTIONS

Peel the horseradish and grate it to tiny shreds. Do the same with cooked egg whites.

Set the cooked egg yolks in a bowl, add the olive oil, lemon juice, maple syrup, mayonnaise and yogurt. Mix until smooth.

Join the egg yolk sauce with the shredded horseradish and egg whites, mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with ham, turkey, hard-boiled eggs and/or sweet raisin bread.
