Polish breakfast: eggs with fresh basil
Easter is coming! We will al make different egg dishes soon. If you like eggs but do not know how to serve them, I invite you to try out this extremely simple recipe. There is nothing better for breakfast.

INGREDIENTS
2 fresh eggs
1/4 tsp butter
freshly chopped basil
black pepper
Salt

Place eggs in a small pot filled with 500ml cool water. Bring it to boil and cook for exactly 3 minutes. Then cool the eggs down with a stream of cold water.

Place the peeled eggs in a cup and mix gently. Add butter, a pinch of salt and black pepper. Sprinkle the dish with freshly chopped basil, serve with crispy bread.
