Spicy raspberry juice
This warming raspberry juice is just perfect for a cold winter day ! Add a spoon or two to a cup of tea and sweeten it with natural honey.

INGREDIENTS
500 g frozen raspberries
about 0,5 liter water
1 peeled mandarine
5 tbsp maple sugar
1 star anise
3 cm fresh ginger root cut into thin slices
1/3 tsp black pepper
1/3 tsp cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

Place the raspberries in a pot, add water, mandarine and all the spices.

Cook the juice for an hour in an uncovered pot, then blend until smooth and drain trough a thicker sieve.

Pour it into clean small jars or bottles and close them immediately. Wait until completely cold and store in the fridge.
