Extremely easy omelette with gentle foam
Our Dad makes this omelette for us whenever we come back home. I like it especially because of the gentle foam that appears on top. I always eat this delicious dish with a spoon of homemade marmalade. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
1 tbsp water
a pinch of salt
2 tbsp sunflower oil

Heat the oil on a middle-sized frying pen.

Mix the eggs with water and salt until a quite big amount of foam appears on the surface of the liquid.

Pour the mixture on the pen and fry it for about 5 minutes. The foam should stay untouched on top of the omelette. Then place the omelette on a plate and serve it immediately.
