Autumn toasts with garlic and turmeric
Autumn brings stronger winds and more rain. It is easier to get a cold, which has happened also to me these days. How do I deal with feeling weaker and tired? I eat warming toasts with garlic and turmeric for dinner. That always makes me feel better!

INGREDIENTS
4 slices spelt bread
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp turmeric
100g goat mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp ghee
black pepper
Salt

Cut the bread slices into halves and smear them with a bit of ghee.

Peel the garlic cloves and smash them with a knife. Place a little bit of the garlic pulp on each piece of bread. Then sprinkle the bread with turmeric, black pepper and salt.

Cut the mozzarella cheese into thicker slices and place them on top of bread.

Heat 1 spoon of ghee on a frying pen. Then fry the bread pieces for a minute. Turn them to the other side for 30 second, so that the cheese melts down and gets crispy.

Serve the toasts immediately, for instance with a bit of fresh parsley.
