Soak the noodles in a bowl of hot water.
Cut the onion into feathers and carrots into bars.
Heat a spoon of oil on a wok dish (or a pan), fry the onion with Ketjap Manis and just a little bit of the soy sauce. Do the same thing with carrots, adding some chili flakes as well.
Set the drained noodles, carrots and onions in the wok dish, add a pinch of black pepper and stir-fry together for a minute.
Sprinkle the dish with black sesame seeds. Eat this salad worm or cold.
