Cut sweet potatoes into small cubes and fry them on 5 spoons of olive oil until soft. In the meantime season them with a pinch of salt, pepper and chili flakes.
Peel off the carrots and make thin and long carrot slices with a usage of a vegatable peeler.
Fry the carrot slices on a spoon of truffle olive oil with some fresh lime thyme leaves, salt and pepper.
When carrot slices become soft, mix them with sweet potato cubes.
