Light apple fennel salad
Do you like fennel? It’s healthy and it has a very peculiar taste. I’ve tried to eat it cooked, but I totally prefer to eat it raw, especially in a salad.

INGREDIENTS
1 fennel
1/2 apple
1/2 red onion
2 tbsp roasted walnuts
2 tbsp raisins
100g fresh lettuce mix
red pepper
olive oil
lemon juice

Cut the onion, apple and fennel (only the white part) into pieces and sprinkle them with some lemon juice. Place washed lettuce mix on a big plate. Add all the other ingredients and a bit of olive oil. Mix the salad gently. It’s ready to eat! A perfect lunch for everybody who wants to loose some weight:)
