Mascarpone cream with kaki fruit
Sometimes you just need to eat something sweet and creamy for your breakfast. It doesn’t matter that it won’t be probably good for your diet plan and figure. You just want it! This cream is just perfect for one of those days!

INGREDIENTS
250g mascarpone cheese
4 tbsp greek yoghurt
3-4 tbsp honey
1 kaki fruit
a bunch of pomegranate seeds
3-5 drops lemon juice (don’t put too much, lemon juice makes mascarpone liquid!!!)
pinch of cardamon

Place all the ingredients (except kaki and pomegranate seeds) in a bowl and mix them all together well. Cut kaki into small cubes and add to the cheese mixture. At the end sprinkle it with pomegranate seeds. Your breakfast is ready!
