Spelt bread with raisins
I like white bread with raisins, but in the same time I know that it is not really healthy. This is the reason why I decided to share with you this recipe. Spelt bread seems to be much healthier than the white one and you can make it yourself so easily!

1 loaf

400 g spelt flour
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
9 g dry yeast
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp melted coconut oil
1 tsp salt
400 ml warm water
1 tbsp chia seeds

Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add coconut oil, honey and water.

Stir the dough with a wooden spoon until smooth. It shouldn’t be too thick. Try to get a consistency of a greek yogurt.

Place the dough in a middle-sized metal loaf pan covered with a thin layer of coconut oil and lined with baking paper. Let the bread grow for an hour in a quite warm place.

Then sprinkle the loaf with a spoon of chia seeds. Bake it for an hour in the oven preheated to 200°C. Use one of the bottom shelves in order not to burn the top of the loaf.
