Millet balls with coconut
If you feel like eating something sweet and light in the same time, try my millet balls! You can make them for yourself or put them in miniature paper cups and pack them as a gift.

INGREDIENTS
1/2 liter rice and coconut milk
3/4 cup instant millet flakes
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp chia seeds
3 tbsp raisins
1/2 cup desiccated coconut

Bring the milk to boil.

Add the flakes, maple syrup, chia seeds and raisins. Cook it for 2-3 minutes mixing constantly. The mixture should be quite thick. Then let it cool down.

Form small balls (diameter 2,5cm) using your hands. Roll them until completely smooth.

Dredge the balls through desiccated coconut. Always store them in the fridge.
