Boil the buckwheat in salty water for 20 minutes, then rinse with cool stream of water.
Chop the onion and bacon. Heat ghee on a frying pen, add the onion and fry with a pinch of salt. Wait until golden and transparent, add the spices and bacon. Fry until crispy.
Then add the cooked buckwheat, mix well, wait 2-3 minutes and serve immediately.
