Buckwheat with onion and bacon
Do you like buckwheat? This gluten-free grain is very popular in Poland. I really like its strong, warming flavor. Lately, I shared this simple recipe with my international friends and they all seem to enjoy it. I would recommend serving the buckwheat with onions and bacon for dinner, accompanied by roasted colorful carrots or traditional Polish cottage cheese.
