Mix together the sugar and the softened butter
Add the flour and the 5 spice powder and mix to form a pastry
Form sausage-like rolls and roll these through the remaining caster sugar
Rest the pastry in the fridge and then cut into 1cm thick rounds Preheat the oven to 200 °C
Place the rounds on a silicone baking sheet, transfer to the oven and bake for 8 minutes
Remove from the oven and allow to cool before serving.
