Autumn granola with apples
Every 3-4 days I make a new portion of granola. It’s never the same. We don’t want to be bored, right? Today I would like to share with you my new granola recipe. This one contains dry apples, raisins, cinnamon and a lot of amaranth.

1,5 cup oatmeal
1,5 cup cornflakes
1 cup roasted amaranth
0,5 cup melted coconut cooking cream
3 tbsp hazelnuts
3 tbsp linseed
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 ripe banana
100g apples chips
5 tbsp raisins

Place all the flakes, seeds and nuts in a big bowl. Melt the coconut cooking cream an a low heat and add it to the mixture together with cinnamon. Cut banana into thin slices and than mash it with a fork. Add in to the grains as well. Now mix everything till the moment you see small granola lumps here and there. Don’t add the apple chips and raisins yet!

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the granola on a flat baking tray lined with a piece of baking paper. Roast it for about 20 minutes. Don’t forget to mix it every 5 minutes, so that it doesn’t get burned, but still gets golden brown. At the end take the granola out of the oven and let it cool down.

Finally, place the ready granola in a big jar. Mix it with dried apple chips and raisins. Eat it for breakfast with yogurt, fruits or warm goats milk. Yummy!
