Easy brussels with tarragon
If you don’t know what to serve for dinner, try this easy dish! It tastes the best when combined with mashed potatoes and a red cabbage salad.

INGREDIENTS
500 g fresh brussels
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp dried tarragon
2 tbsp olive oil

Wash the brussels. If too big, cut them into halves or quarters.

Heat the olive oil on a middle-sized frying pen, add the brussels and salt. Fry them for a moment, then add a bit of water and simmer for about 20 minutes or until soft.

At the end sprinkle the brussels with tarragon, mix gently and serve at once.
