Fish burger
The Fish burger is composed by bun, crunchy cod, dill and lemon cream.

INGREDIENTS
4 buns
400 g of cod without skin and bones
1/2 bunch of dill
½ yellow lemon
4 table spoons of creme fraiche
150 g of tempura flour
½ cup (140 ml) of water

Prepare buns.

Preheat the fryer.

Prepare the crunchy cod: mix the tempura flour with the water until thick consistency and plunge the pieces of cod.

Prepare the sauce: in a bowl, mix the creme fraiche, the dill chopped and the juice of yellow lemon. Salt, pepper.

Fry the fish in the hot oil for approximately 4 minutes.

Serve up the burgers with crunchy cod and add the dill and lemon cream.
